A community-based non-profit organization serving the inner city Houston community. Its mission is to serve the poor, hungry, disabled, and otherwise needy while respecting their religious, ethnic or cultural differences. St. Mark's joined CCSC as a member church in 1986.
Provides free temporary housing (from two weeks up to three months) and a safe, supportive environment for families in need who are receiving medical treatment at any of the medical care facilities in the Texas Medical Center area here in Houston, Texas.
A community-based organization, serving healthy lunches to 1,400 hungry pre school aged children living in poverty. Kids' Meals provides and delivers nutritious meals, free of cost to the families, Monday through Friday, year-round.
Ministers to the spiritual, emotional, physical and social needs of individuals living in Houston who are homeless, in crisis or transition.
A non-profit day program that offers a number of resources to homeless men and women in Houston. It is located downtown near Christ Church Cathedral. Their mission is to provide essential and next-step services to restore hope and help end homelessness in Houston.
