Confirmation

• The first Confirmation Meeting is a meeting for both students and parents and must be attended for information about being confirmed at St. Mark's. See full schedule for confirmation classes below. 
• This year, we will provide confirmands with the book Faith Confirmed and a folio for keeping papers and notes. These should come to class each meeting with the confirmand. 
• Each week there will be a practical faith application from our lesson.
• St. Mark's Family Covenant: We ask that confirmands and parents commit to pre-reading of each upcoming chapter, that confirmands follow of the attendance policy and that the confirmand receives the support necessary to complete their confirmation.

Attendance Policy: 

• No more than three confirmation class absences are allowed. Please let us know in advance if you will be absent. For each missed class please schedule a time to meet with Mrs. Ladd or the Rev. Kristin Sullivan to catch up on the week’s lesson.
• Confirmands are asked to attend church at St. Mark's at least one time each month (log sheet to be signed by priest at service).
• Mandatory attendance at the Diocesan Jr. High Retreat
