Love is more than a feeling; it is an action. It is also the Greatest Commandment: Love God with everything you have and your neighbor as yourself. To be a Christian is to love. The truth is we don’t always know how to love well. But love is an art that can be practiced and improved. In this class, the Rev. Will Parker will facilitate discussions on practices for loving well, drawing on work by theologians, philosophers, and psychologists. Participants will gain practical knowledge of how to live a more loving life to follow in the way of Jesus. The six-week class will meet Sundays from 10:15 to 10:50 a.m. beginning Sunday, September 13.
