I give thanks to God, Sunday after Sunday, for the privilege to be the Rector of St. Mark’s Church. For 85 years, members of this parish have consistently demonstrated their generosity by sharing their wisdom, witness, productivity, and financial resources. Once again, I invite you to make a financial commitment to the ministry of St. Mark’s for 2024. I also invite you to a deeper embrace of your own Christian vocation. pray that you will use 2024 as a time in your life to grow in your own generosity of spirit. I hope you will use not only your financial resources, but your prayers, your ideas, and your aspirations for your family and the world, so that all God’s children can live, love and grow in the gifts of God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
~The Rev. Patrick J. Miller, Rector

"St. Mark’s is many things to many people. But the integral part is worship. The priests, acolytes, musicians, and the other myriad participants are special to me so that the peace of God is with me as I go out to face the world.”
~ Penny Stautberg,
Lay Reader and Daughter of the King
“Service connects me to a community that lives out the Gospel of Christ. St. Mark’s has fostered genuine friendships and has given me a profound sense of connection, gratitude, and a broader perspective on life. It’s a meaningful journey for our family, as we engage in service together.”
~ Angela Holmes,
Service Chair
“In our formation ministries we dig deep into scripture and engage in meaningful discussions about faith, as well as how to integrate the teachings of God and Jesus into our daily lives. It is an honor to pray and learn weekly alongside such a beautiful community.”
~ Shannon Holloway,
Tuesday Women’s Bible Study
“I like the lemonade a lot. And I also like seeing my friends at church!”
~ Luke H.,
Aged 3
Because St. Mark’s Church relies on the generosity of members and friends to sustain its ministries, pledges of gifts for the coming year are critical in planning the Church’s budget. Your gift will continue to grow the four pillars of our church life:
worship, service, connection, and formation.
