Thanksgiving Day Service, 10 a.m., Church. Join us for a spoken Eucharist service.
Advent Wreath Making, 9 to 10:30 a.m., Hauser Hall. The Women of St. Mark's has generously donated all the supplies including foam wreaths, candles, and greenery. We will also have Advent booklets for daily readings along with an Advent calendar for the kids. Everyone is welcome.
Christmas on the Porch, 5 to 7 p.m. Kick off the holidays with Christmas on the Porch at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Christmas carols will be led by a brass quintet and St. Mark's Choir. We will have refreshments and fun for the whole family!
Blood Drive, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Reeder Gym. While one in seven hospitalized people will need a blood transfusion in a lifetime, only one in 20 eligible blood donors actually donate. There is no substitute for blood - your donation saves lives.
Little Church Food Drive, 9 a.m.
Children and Youth Christmas Parties, 9:45 to 10:30 a.m.
The Beacon Service Day, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Beacon is a non-profit day program that offers a number of resources to homeless men and women in Houston and is located near Christ Church Cathedral. Their mission is to provide essential and next-step services to restore hope and help end homelessness in Houston. We have a service opportunity for a maximum of 15 people (minimum age of 13) to participate by assisting in serving a meal or client laundry.
